Signature Medical Adult Day Care & Activity Center of Paterson is a full service Medical Adult Day Care facility focusing on offering a fun, clean, safe, affordable environment for loved ones in the Korean community. We provide older adults an opportunity to get out of the house and receive mental, physical and social stimulation. Our staff is comprised of compassionate, seasoned veterans with over 20 years’ experience in the senior services industry.
Senior Care and Activities Center is a 17,000 sq. ft. State-of-the-Art building designed for the special needs of our participants. Soft colors, an abundance of natural light, spacious rooms for dining and activities with sound-reducing walls, and an interior courtyard all contribute to a serene environment. Bob Notte has been part of the broad spectrum of the senior housing industry from the era when he worked for the Department of HUD in the 1980’s. He was responsible for approximately 1,000 units of senior housing in the City of Newark.
His accomplishments have included the construction of elderly housing projects in Florida and New Jersey, as well as three new Nursing Homes in New Jersey. Most recently, Bob and his team opened a Medical Adult Day Care Center in Paterson and is now in the process of acquiring a second Medical Adult Day Care Center in Montclair, New Jersey.
The goal he seeks is to have the company move forward with additional new medical adult day care centers and to move more aggressively on adult assisted living facilities.
Bob prepared for his career goals by receiving an Economics Degree from Rutgers University and a Masters Degree from New York University.
Bruno J D’Uva is the chief operating officer at Signature Senior Services. He is an accomplished, progressive thinking and enterprising healthcare and real estate executive, with significant experience in healthcare facilities development, operations and strategic business partnerships. Mr. D’Uva has comprehensive experience with executive level leadership, strategic planning, portfolio rationalization and positioning, client management, procurement and quality improvement.
Prior to Co-founding Signature Senior Services, Mr. D’Uva was Co-Founder and C.E.O of multiple companies in the real estate development, hospitality and alternative energy industries in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. D’Uva has in a short time accomplished along with the Signature management team the launching of two Medical Adult Day Care facilities and a State-of-the-Art assisted living residence set to open spring of 2018.
Mr. D’Uva earned an associate degree from North Eastern University Business School and a bachelor’s degree in business from Seton Hall University.
He has been married to his wife Tara Lynn for 10 years and they live with their two children in Rumson, New Jersey.
Michael E. Hunt is the CFO of Signature Senior Services and has been with the company for over 9 years. Michael has more than 35 years’ experience as a senior financial officer in a variety of industries that include commercial real estate development, food and entertainment establishments, software development, and specialty metals production. For the past 9 years Michael has devoted his time to the development and operation of senior care facilities including nursing homes and adult medical day care centers.
